Instagram Notes Gets More Interactive with New Prompts Feature

Meta’s social media app, Instagram, has recently enhanced its features to improve user engagement and interaction.
The update focuses on Instagram Notes, originally launched in December 2022 as a new way to share status updates. Now, Instagram is adding a Prompts feature to make Notes more interactive.
According to Engadget on Sunday (June 2, 2024), the new Prompts feature allows users to share questions with others without sending a direct message.
How Instagram Prompts Work
The Prompts feature lets users post questions or statements that others can respond to. These questions appear as bubbles above profile pictures and in users’ Direct Message (DM) inboxes.
Other users can tap the bubble to reply directly to the prompt, making engagement more seamless and fun.
Privacy and Control
Instagram Notes, including Prompts, last for 24 hours, and users have full control over who can see the questions. Users can choose to share Prompts with:

Their Close Friends list
This update makes Instagram Notes not just a tool for sharing statuses but also a dynamic way to interact and engage with friends and followers.
