Good news for Free Fire fans—Garena has officially announced a major collaboration with Naruto Shippuden.
Hints about this crossover actually appeared earlier in the animated video for Free Fire’s 7th Anniversary, released within the past two weeks.
In the video, fans noticed clues in the form of an orange backpack and kunai accessories—two iconic items from the Naruto anime series.
According to an official statement received on Friday (July 12, 2024), this collaboration promises an extraordinary gameplay experience. For the first time, players will be able to meet Naruto Shippuden characters directly in Free Fire.
“In this collaboration event, players can look forward to some of the most iconic Naruto characters and enjoy battles on a special map featuring Naruto-themed elements,” Garena explained in its announcement.
Although the collaboration has been confirmed, players will need a bit more patience. The Naruto crossover is scheduled to arrive in Free Fire in early 2025, though the exact launch date has yet to be revealed.
In the meantime, players can still enjoy a series of exciting events throughout the second half of 2024. One of them is the ongoing 7th Anniversary celebration, which runs until July 14, 2024.
The 7th Anniversary festivities officially began on June 26, 2024, inviting players to relive memories, celebrate together, and enjoy special in-game activities.
The event is also highlighted by the release of the 7th Anniversary Patch Update, which introduces several optimizations to make gameplay more engaging and enjoyable.
